About Jessica
Jessica is the Founder and Principal of Dallington. She is a qualified psychological consultant and mediator, Jessica founded Dallington in 2016 as the first specialist mentorship practice for the Rising Generation. She is a born and bred Londoner and lives in London with her husband, Ben, and their two children. As a kid, Jessica was somewhat misunderstood. She's dyslexic. And as a kid, neurodiversity and learning disabilities weren't recognized. At best, people described folks with dyslexia as lazy, distracted, or messy, and at worst, stupid. Jessica certainly knows that's not the case. And today, she is a proud dyslexic.
